Tarot - The Death Card

The Death card in Tarot. An intriguing one it is, and to draw one doesn’t mean it has to be associated with a literal death. It can, but more so, it is a representation of the death of something in your life. For example, a relationship thought or attitude. Moving on from something, maybe?
The great thing about the Tarot is it is subjective by nature, and it is up to the person and the reader to make the best use of it.

Scorpio

On a personal note, the day I was drafting part of this post, I had a dream about death. Do I think the day’s activities had something to do with it? Maybe, but then again, the subconscious is a mystery.
Keep in mind it associates this card with death, and death is represented by the 8th house in astrology or Scorpio, which is ruled by the planet, or dwarf, Pluto.
Scorpio is about death and rebirth, and in my experience, most Scorpios are intense and passionate people with an excellent way to hide these aspects. They also do not forgive slights, and if they do, they will never forget it or what you did to them. My moon is in the 8th house, and to a degree, I would believe that. Mostly, I am forgiving, but I may not have much to do with that person, depending on what they did or who the person it. But as much as some people would claim that is “holding on to things,” I disagree.

Letting Go

Many confuse forgiveness. Just because you let go of what someone did to you, doesn’t mean you have to jump back into the boat with them.
So the card could represent that you may need to forgive, or maybe the card represents someone in your life that you need to be wary of.
It is difficult to go into a lot of detail about Tarot because of the various meanings, but to understand them better, pay attention to where from the layout it comes from. Meaning, is it past, present, or future position? That will help determine the purpose for you.

3 Liliths in Astrology & How You Can Understand Them

Very little can be found about Lilith in astrology, so when I saw it, I was very interested in what Lilith meant. It can be confusing because there are three Liliths. But for astrology sake, it is best to focus on
Black Moon Lilith. But here is a list of all three Liliths.

Black Moon Lilith

Black Moon Lilith tends to be more mystical than the other two Liliths, and someone with a strong Black Moon Lilith will likely feel a connection to something beyond and be intuitive. Sexually, Black Moon Lilith is tantric and seductive. This is the placement most astrologers are referring to when interpreting BML. It can also represent hidden fears as the Dark Moon Lilith, but from what I understand, it is not as intense or apparent compared to Dark Moon.

Dark Moon Lilith

Is the darkest of them all. With this placement, it is about pain, abuse, and torment. When focusing on the dark moon Lilith, this is a shadow moon where actual findings of the shadow moon have gone unsubstantiated. Out of all three of the Lilith's, this one may be the most critical aspect of a chart to look at when probing the dark side and finding what is painful in your life that you try to deny. To heal from karmic pasts, you have to embrace your fears to let go and move on.
To understand it, especially for you, take a look at what planet it is in. For example, if you have a Scorpio

Asteroid Lilith

Is one asteroid the travels in the central asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter. Put, whatever sign this asteroid is in your chart means that you rebel in whatever it is that dominates the sign. For example, Cancer represents family and home. If your asteroid is here or in the fourth house, you will rebel within the home or toward those who live in your home.
So when thinking of all three, to ensure you interpret your chart respective of the three placements, keep in mind the central theme for each one.
  • Sexual, Connection and mysticism – Black Moon Lilith
  • Pain, abuse, facing fears – Dark Moon Lilith
  • Rebellion – Asteroid Lilith

Go to astro.com to sign up to get your free birth chart. When you enter your information, you will need to select the extended chart selection.

1.    For the black moon, Lilith selects additional objects and select Lilith from the list.
2.    For asteroid selection, find #1181
3.    For hypothetical planets find and click Waldemath black moon h58
Then after you develop the chart, you can select additional tables to view how each sign in your chart is aspected, etc.

Tarot- Hanged Man

The hanged man in tarot shows a man upside down. His face seems calm, and he has a halo around his head.
It may seem to the person drawing the card that this is something negative. On the contrary, when this card shows up, it means seeing things from a different perspective. It also represents a sacrifice or having to wait to gain something in place for another.
It doesn't mean that there will not be a struggle. Most times we have to struggle to change or to accept things the way they are.
That is ideally what this card means- acceptance, martyr, and sacrifice.
The caveat here is this card is ruled by Neptune. God of the sea.
Neptune represents all things dreamy, confusion, smoke in mirrors, and delusion. Neptune also rules Pisces which is the 12th sign in the zodiac.

So in any case, if this card comes up in your reading, you may also consider waiting things out for a clear indication for a decision. As with Neptune, things aren't always what they seem.

If you draw this card during mercury retrograde, do not make any decisions or changes. There may be a lot of confusion or back and forth with agreements. Wait it out. This happens around 4 times per year and they last for 3 weeks. Any electronics, communication, cars, phones... all of this suffers and you may even notice that any weakened electronics will act up.
Do not ever purchase anything like electronics during a retrograde, you may regret it.

Your Venus Sign In Your Birth Chart

So, in my books, I have astrology written in them ( very little because that is not what the books are about) Anyway- one character in the book, Venus, is a fairy nymph and she rules the element air. All the nymphs in the books are the fairies of 'lust' however she is actually one that has a little to do with love. She shows that for one scene in "Fairy Nymphs & The Demon Court" out in September. I am working on a new series that is a paranormal romance, with ancient Eygpt in parts of the story and I will add more astrology to this one as well.

Now in a man's birth chart, the Venus placement represents what he falls in love with and for a woman it represents how she acts when she is in love, etc. Venus sign can also represent many other things like friendships etc., but this is how this placement represents love so to speak.
So when you find a man that dates one type of woman but marries another type, this makes sense. According to most astrologers, men marry by their moon sign, usually. That is why he may date one type of woman in his youth and marry a type totally different later.
So compatibility doesn't begin and end with a sun sign. There are so many other planet placements and also house placements that indicate that and many other aspects of a person's preferences.
To find out your Venus sign, you need to find a venus sign chart and know the time you are born. Venus sign can only be either your sun sign or two signs past or two signs before your sun sign. For example, if you were born a Pisces, then your venus would either be a Pisces, Aries, Taurus, Aquarius, or Capricorn.

Tarot: How does the Justice Card Relate to Astrology?

How does this card relate to astrology? What can you take from this card?  Putting it bluntly is rules anything legal.

M

Getting a justice card in a reading can mean anything as small as a parking ticket to a full-on lawsuit.  She is holding the scales and they also represent  Libra, ruler of the seventh house in astrology.  Libra is about balance, fairness, and justice.
How many Libras do you know? Are they lawyers or judges?  How many Libras do you know struggle in making a  decision?  If their chart is afflicted, then it may mean that they are out of balance.
A person doesn't have to be a Libra to have those traits.  They can have Libra in their chart and still have some Libra tendencies. Libra is ruled by Venus- the planet of beauty.  Libras love beauty, the finer things in life like a Leo, however, a Libra maybe a little more refined.  I have known a few Libras in my day.  Very well in fact, and I will attest that the ones I personally know are easily swayed, go where the wind takes them and not the most reliable bunch.  However, I do not know every Libra, so I can't say they are all this way.  I would love to know the one that was balanced and stable.

M

Back to the tarot card.  Notice on the other hand she holds the sword.  Last I checked an idle sword isn't a threat.  However one in action is another story.  Whatever is out of balance will be put into balance.
To me it says, things will be fair and if not...well you get the idea.  Balance, fairness and remaining objective is key here. Temperance should also be considered.
Do you have a healthy work-life balance?  Do you feel you are giving more than you should in a relationship?  Are you taking too much in your relationship?

Tarot- The Wheel- Good Forturne

When the wheel card appears this represents good luck and fortunes.  It also represents cycles.  So if you have had a bad luck streak, fear not!  Your luck is changing.
If this card appears in reverse, then that is obvious in that the opposite is about to happen for you.  However, as much as I study astrology and I am a nerd to the space channel and fascinated by the unseen, I still have a foot in the logical world.  I always say we were born with free will and with that comes the power to change our own path and find a better direction.

If you look at the card, it has very interesting illustrations that represents Egypt, astrology and even the god of evil in Egyptian beliefs. The four-winged creatures represent the four evangelists - Lion, Ox, Man, and Eagle also associated with the signs, Leo, Taurus, Aquarius and Scorpio.  I find it interesting that these are all cardinal signs of a fixed nature.
The word in the center around the wheel is 'Tarot' and the letters stand for the  Jewish translation meaning God of Isreal.
Now, this is the 10th Trump card, and the 10th house is associated with the sign Capricorn.
The planet associated with this card is Jupiter which in astrology is the ruler of luck and expansion- or growth.  That could mean your waistline or your pocket.  Take it for what it is worth.  But also keep in mind too, that Jupiter rules Sagittarius as well. Another lucky sign of the zodiac, blunt and a great sense of humor (most times)
So how would one view this card?  Well, I like to keep things simple.  Keep to what the card represents.  It is safe to say that all could be a possibility.
Are you expecting a raise in the time of Sagittarius?  November 21- Dec. 22?
With this being the 10th card, Capricorns are the workers of the zodiac and that is what rules Capricorn.  It also represents one's vocation or career.  Mainly your mars sign in your chart indicates vocation- but depending on where your other signs are housed in can play a role.

M

Is your sun or mars sign in Capricorn?  Do you anticipate having to work very hard for your changes?
This card is about change, remember a rolling stone gathers no moss and the wheel keeps turning.
Do you feel you have been hindered in some way, that something negative has held you back? Hence the ancient God of Evil in Egypt, represented by the snake or the God Anubis who accepts souls into the underworld.  But at the top is the sphinx, represents knowledge.
Have you taken a different path, higher purpose and experienced a figurative death?  Moving on?
This card is mostly positive.

What many do not know about me is my ancestors are actually Egyptian and yes I had the testing to verify. We have a few more in there, but specifically, mine originate from Cairo.   I have always had a fascination with Egypt and you can see that on my Instagram when I visited a museum and took pics of Egyptian relics.
My newest series out next year,  ancient Egypt plays a part and this is a paranormal series.
Stay tuned for more.

The Chariot Tarot Card

The Chariot Number 7

Trump Card in the Major Arcana represents a few different aspects.  First, it is associated with the astrological sign Cancer which is ruled by the moon.
Think about family, maternal, motherly, and emotional when this card is drawn.  Possibly secretive when thinking of Cancer or the crab.  How does a crab react?

As far as the chariot goes, it represents a level of focus and determination.  There are two views on if the chariot represents aggression or defense?  The two Sphinx depicted in black and white represents light and dark or simply a  balance. With the curtain of celestial bodies that hangs over the man in the chariot signals the powers of the universe.
The meaning is dependent on what kind of reading is used. For the purposes of general discussion, I think the information that the quarant may take from this card in a reading is subjective.
From my perspective in regards to the astrological association, this card to me could very easily go either way.  However, the chariot is in itself a mode of transportation, movement, going forward for any reason to fight or in defense.  Whatever it may be, it is certain that with the Sphinx is representative of oracles and the Egyptians regarded them as very important.  It could represent a choice between the two concepts of fight or defend and that interpretation if left up to the quarant.

The Emperor

MLXLOh, the emperor, the large and in charge card.  Well here comes a brush with authority or some figure in your life, more than likely a male.
The card itself is ruled by the astrological sign of Aries, a fire sign and first in the zodiac.  Which, in turn, Mars rules Aries.

Think red hot, war, male, judge, lawyer.  Someone in power.  A pioneer or a very prolific person.
It also symbolizes hard work, stability, having things under control.  Are you on your way to a promotion? Or some advancement?  Or is it possible your companion is going to receive some promotion?
Aries-  This sign is the pioneer of the zodiac.  Brave, resilient, and never backs down and comes packed with a punch of tenacity as so long as other signs/placements and or houses in the chart do not quell these traits.

Look at where the Emperor rests his hands, …on the rams.  This is the Aries association ram.  Ever see those guys battle it out? Headfirst, and yes, that is your Aires element to the Emperor.
I have an Aries moon.  I read on a post a while back that those with the moon in Aries are more animated than those with the sun in Aries.  I don’t know, my father is a sun in Aries, and crazy enough all four of the major planets he has are in Aries.  Well let me say this, the guy was in the military, did every sport under the sun, hardly slept, wrote a book despite being dyslexic and could have gone to college on a full-ride with a football scholarship.  Know anyone like that?  I don’t think my dad ever knew what the word failure meant.  In fact, I don’t think he cared to know it, feel it let alone consider it.

SLXL
There wasn’t anything my father wouldn’t have tried, and if he would have been born rich, I shudder to think about what other endeavors he would have jumped on.  Now, as he is older, he likes to fish.  Of course, he competes.  I went along for some bonding time.  Well, that didn’t work out, he critiqued my cast, made me change my lure ten times.  Not because he likes correcting anyone, he was so worried I wouldn’t catch anything and not have fun.  When I put my rod down, I said: “Dad, I came to bond, I can fish any time.”  He glanced down at the water and smiled.  He was quiet after that for a while, but then we just talked. But he made sure he caught his fish…Aries has to compete, at everything!
Back to the Emperor, it is a good omen to have in your reading.  Maybe you are on the cusp of something important. Perhaps you are about to start a new fad, a new product line or something like that.  Are you getting ready for a competition?   Whatever it is that you have going on in your life, it means hard work and stability.
